Hey there! My name is Tarek Daouk, President of TK Realty

In 2001, I decided to pursue a career in real estate after becoming aware of the struggles my friends and acquaintances were having with their agents. The more I talked to them about their experiences, the more I realized I could fill the void between making promises and fulfilling them.

Another event that would impact my career choice occured at a time of economic downturn. My wife and I were struggling with keeping our home out of foreclosure. After consulting with many in the industry, I noticed a common trend of dishonesty and scams. I decided to take matters into my own hands and was able to save my home as well as many friends who were in the same predicament. This was such a great feeling. 

I was raised to value education. I have several degrees in Science, Math, and Chemistry. But my passion is Real Estate. Coupling my passion of education and interest in helping people has helped me find fulfillment and joy in what I do.

I take much pride in my work and place high value on my customer's needs. My commitment is to ensure that the buying or selling process is simple, fun, and educational. I value honesty, hard work and Integrity. I believe that my core values have drawn me to great people who have become lifelong friends.

I know what it's like to start the process of buying or selling a home. It can intimidating. You are not alone. Together we can come up with a custom plan and get this process started with smooth sailing. 

On a personal note, my wife and I have been married for 13 years. We have 2 dogs, a blue nose Pit Bull and a Boxer. We participate in a volunteer work that is local and as far reaching as 240 lands. I enjoy traveling, working out, and anything outdoors.
